Entrepreneurship is about ideas; idea of a product or a service or idea of a solution. In engineering students often stumble upon such brilliant ideas, superb prototypes and elegant designs. Such designs cram up the servers as entries in the innumerable technical events that take place in the institute. But seldom have any of them taken the idea forward.
This event will try and recognize such latent talent and such brilliant designs. It will try and help students make the proverbial jump “from a design to a product”. From providing funding in building the prototype to providing them the means to build one; from mentoring them in understanding their markets to helping them finding those mentors, this event will be the perfect initiation of the proverbial geek or a technocrat into entrepreneurship.
