A simulation of the real life over-the-coffee pitch session is one of a kind Elevator pitch session with personal on-the-spot feedback by the mentors along with an exposure to the real life stumbling-upon-a-venture-capitalist-in-a-coffee-shop scenarios. The event aims to acquaint the entrepreneurs with the process of pitching keeping in mind the time constraints by appreciating any venture capitalists’ value of his/her own time.

A Brief Description of the first stage:
The teams would be handed a schedule indicating time and the allotted table for a pitch session in front of a judge. The time duration the pitch would be 4 minutes.
Rules and Conditions:

- Use of laptop is prohibited.
- Things on the table can only be used as an aid for pitch session.
- Reiterating the importance of time, time limit must be adhered to.

An “Office” visit:
Teams selected from the first round, get to present their ideas in front of a panel. This will be a closed room affair and every team gets a maximum of 20 minutes (including Q&A sessions).
